Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because items are inspected at the warehouse, most issues are caught before shipping. If a QC photo reveals a wrong size, colour or defect, you can usually arrange a return or exchange with the seller while the item is still in China.

Refunds for cancelled or unavailable items are returned to your account balance or original payment method. Keep your order references handy when you contact support.

Can I return after delivery?
Returns are much easier before international shipping. Once a parcel has left China, return options are limited and shipping it back is rarely worthwhile.
