How Agent Shopping Works: Order, Warehouse, Ship
Every agent order follows the same rhythm. You place an order from a Chinese marketplace link; the agent receives and inspects it at a warehouse in China; then you consolidate and ship it internationally. Understanding those three beats makes the rest of the process easy.
1. Order
Paste a product link, choose your size and colour, and pay the item cost. The agent buys it from the seller on your behalf.
2. Warehouse & QC
The item arrives at the warehouse, where it is checked and photographed. You review those QC photos before deciding to ship.
3. Ship
Combine multiple items into one parcel, pick a shipping line by speed and cost, pay the freight, and track it home.
FAQ
Can I cancel after the first payment?
It depends on whether the seller has shipped to the warehouse yet. Contact support quickly if you need to change an order.
